Erfolge und Entwicklungsarbeit: Die Profis des Team BULLS im Einsatz Mit einem Mix aus jungen Talenten und erfahrenen „Haudegen“ ist das Team BULLS seit Jahren glänzend aufgestellt. Karl Platt, Alban Lakata, Urs Huber und seit 2023 auch Radsport-Legende Udo Bölts sind klangvolle Namen in der Szene, die allesamt im BULLS-Trikot unterwegs sind. Dabei mangelt es aber gleichzeitig nicht an erfolgreichen Youngstern. Simon Schneller und der junge Franzose Axel Roudil-Cortinat stehen für die neue Generation im Team BULLS, das vom Südafrikaner Vincent Durand in der Rolle des Teammanagers betreut wird. Simon sicherte sich 2023 die Bronzemedaille bei der Marathon-Europameisterschaft und fuhr im Duo mit Axel aufs Podium des Swiss Epic. Zuvor hatte der junge Franzose bereits den Titel bei den heimischen Marathon-Meisterschaften eingefahren. Und auch ein ganz junges Talent feierte seinen ersten großen Titel: Elias Hückmann vom Bike Junior Team powered by BULLS gewann die U16-Europameisterschaft im XCO (Olympisches Cross Country). Aber auch Team-Legende Karl Platt zeigte, dass er immer noch ganz vorne mitfahren kann. In Australien wurde er Vizeweltmeister im MTB Marathon bei den Masters. Beim Österreicher Alban Lakata, der beim Ötztaler Radmarathon auf Platz zwei fuhr, und Udo Bölts steht das Gravelbike immer mehr im Fokus. Mit Irina Lützelschwab vom Team BULLS Swiss hat die Mannschaft auch eine erfolgreiche Frau in ihren Reihen. Bei der UCI MTB World Series, dem Nachfolger des Weltcups, fuhr sie mehrfach aufs dem Podium. Youngster oder Legende, Mann oder Frau – alle liefern mit ihrem Feedback wichtigen Input oder sind durch Tests von Prototypen unmittelbar in die Entwicklung bei BULLS involviert. Ein Ergebnis für das neue Modelljahr ist der neue Rahmen für das Black Adder, der noch einmal leichter geworden ist und gleichzeitig über eine neue Geometrie verfügt, die gemeinsammit dem Team entwickelt und getestet wurde. Success and development work: Team BULLS professionals in action With a mix of young talent and experienced „warhorses“, Team BULLS has been excellently positioned for years. Karl Platt, Alban Lakata, Urs Huber and, since 2023, cycling legend Udo Bölts are well-known names on the scene, all of whom are riding in the BULLS jersey. At the same time, however, there is no shortage of successful youngsters. Simon Schneller and the young Frenchman Axel Roudil-Cortinat represent the new generation in Team BULLS, which is overseen by South African Vincent Durand in the role of teammanager. Simon secured the bronze medal at the 2023 European Marathon Championships and rode to the podium of the Swiss Epic in a duo with Axel.
